"Schwarzkopf Professional OSiS+ Dust It Mattifying Powder, Multi-Purpose...AMAZING!!

I have always been a 'big hair' kind of girl.  I have naturally wavy hair and I often use a curling wand to get extra defined curls.  I have never been a fan of flat hair, so I have tried MANY different products on the market to get me as much volume as possible.  Sure, I can use any old teasing comb, even my fingers to tease and get some extra volume up at the roots, but let's face it, teasing wavy/curly hair can sometimes just turn into a total nightmare.  I have been searching for that one product that will give me volume, but still keep my curls intact without making them frizzy and dry.  I cannot explain the excitement I had when I received the Schwarzkopf Professional OSiS+ Dust Matiffying Powder to try out.  I received it from Influenster for free to test out and share my honest opinion.  This was probably the one product I have been most excited to test out, it could be a life changer after all (or at least a hair changer).

OSiS+ Dust It is a multi purpose mattifying powder that adds incredible root lift, texture and control. It is perfect for creating thicker, fuller-looking hair.  Thicker, fuller looking hair is exactly what I go after when I am styling my hair, especially for a night out or a special occasion.  Remember I said I hate flat hair?  Well needless to say, this product was absolutely AMAZING.  I noticed that it gave me the most amazing volume right at my roots, which is something I have never been able to do without the help of constant teasing and hairspray. You don't need a lot of this product either, which I learned the hard way right at first.  Because it is a lightweight powder, you may be tempted to use a little too much the first time, but it did work well and my volume lasted a good amount of time.  I also loved that if I used it on my somewhat damp hair, it acted more like a control cream, and it defined my curls and made them last all day.

One of my favorite ways to use this product was to achieve that classy high pony-tail.  I turned my head upside down and sprinkled the powder directly onto my scalp.  I then took my hands and 'raked' my fingers all through my scalp and when I picked my head up, BAM! Volume galore!  Then I simply gathered my hair into a high ponytail by gently raking my fingers through my hair and I got the look I wanted without disturbing my waves.  I didn't need to use a teasing comb to get that unbelievable lift. Also, try using this product when you are in a hurry and just want to get those 'beachy waves' that are ever so popular right now.  Apply some of this powder to damp hair and scrunch your hair while you aim your blow dryer at the roots.  It will give you instant beachy waves.

Loving my Ivory 2-IN-1 Hair & Body Wash

If you are anything like me, you have a shower full of cleansing products.  My list looks something like this: shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, hair mask, shower gel, bar soap, moisturizing soap.  I admit, I can get pretty overwhelemed in there. Ha!  Until I discovered Ivory 2-in1 hair and body wash.  I recently received a full size product from Influenster to test out and I must say, it is the most convenient product in my shower now, and the only one! This product actually lives up to it's name.  I use it to wash my entire body, then I use it again to wash AND condition my hair!! Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen

I am in love with this product.  I received the Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration Lotion Sunscreen in my Latina Vox Box from Influenster to sample and try.  I received the one with SPF 30, but they also make SPF 12, and 50.  The sunscreen has ultra luxurious silk ribbons which makes it come out in a two tone color.  It has a refreshing scent unlike other sunscreens I have used which tend to have the "sunscreeny" smell to them.  It is also very moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling nourished and moisturized.  You can find Hawaiian Tropic products at most major retailers including Walmart, Kmart, Rite Aid, Target and other drugstores.  A full 6oz. bottle is only &8.99 and it is well worth the price.  I have been using this sunscreen for the past few weeks and I must say it is one of my all time favorite products.  Not only does it give me the sun protection that I need, but it has also eliminated my need for a separate moisturizer in my daily routine.  And because it acts as a moisturizer, it doesn't leave my skin with that tight feeling that I sometimes get from other sunscreen products.  If you would like to learn more about this product you can visit their website at http://www.hawaiiantropic.com.

NYC New York Color

I have always been a fan of the nudes when it comes to lip color.  I own more nude lipsticks and nude glosses than I will ever be able to use up.  I recently received yet another nude gloss from my Influenster Latina Vox Box to sample and try out.  I received the NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine in the color 'Nude York City'.  I have to admit I wasn't expecting anything different than all the other nude lipglosses I had tried in the past.  But this product is very different than any other I have tried.  This gloss gives your lips such a high shine, unlike any other gloss I have owned.  It added so much shine to my lips that I couldn't stop looking at them in the mirror.  I would also recommend using this product very sparingly as it does go a long way.  I don't even swipe it across my lips, I just add three small dabs to my lower lip and rub them together to distribute the product.  This lipgloss has pure pigments that create a 3-D like gloss effect, which explains why your lips look so glossy after only a small application.  The gloss is also very moisturizing as it contains Vitamin E.  It is non-sticky and super shiny.  Like I said, I got the color Nude York City, but it does come in 10 beautiful colors which you can purchase for $2.49 at Walmart, Target, Rite Aid, CVS, Family Dollar, Kmart and other drugstores.  If you are interested in learning more about this product, you can find all the information on their website, http://www.newyorkcolor.com.  Overall I am so glad that I received this complimentary product to test out because I definitely will be adding more colors to my collection.  It will always be my all time favorite and go to lipgloss.
